With-you Consultancy has built a national reputation delivering Peer Support and Resilience Based Supervision training for the NHS, third sector organisations and private companies.
Our Co-Directors, Karen Machin and Marissa Lambert, have worked together since 2009, developing and delivering training for Peer Supporters, including delivery for Trusts who were the early pioneers of NHS Peer Support.
Extending this work across sectors and organisations outside of a mental health focus, they formed With-you, an organisation built on the foundations of co-production, experiential knowledge, and long-lasting relationships.
Throughout the training, our team draws on the rich history of peer support and the expertise of diverse communities.
Our national network of Associates brings a wide range of experiences, skills and interests including health (both mental and physical), social care, justice, and education.
Our Associates bring expertise of peer support at all levels, including strategic decision making, supervision, and peer support delivery, as well as specific topics such as Peer-supported Open Dialogue and working with families.
This diversity aims to benefit organisations and learners from valuable insights on peer support.
